COVID-19 – TSI’S COMMITMENT
During this time of uncertainty, we, at Technical Support International, Inc. want you to know that we will continue to provide you with the support you need to operate your business.
As we all are aware, COVID-19 and its impact is not yet fully understood and it is a global issue. In the United States, there are now measures and guidelines enforceable by state and federal governments to help combat the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and TSI will follow all guidelines. To that end, the health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners are of utmost importance to TSI. Effective immediately, we have taken steps to limit person to person contact within our corporate office by implementing remote work policies; therefore, we will be providing remote only support to our clients. We will review our operations on a week to week basis, unless otherwise enforced by the various agencies.
Should there be any issue deemed critical to your technology system that requires the presence of a technical specialist onsite, we will work with you to evaluate the situation, confirm worker safety, and dispatch an engineer where appropriate.
As many of our clients have implemented remote work policies for the foreseeable future, we are ready and fully capable to support users under these circumstances. We encourage all of our clients to reach out to TSI as soon as possible should there be any concerns or questions with remote access for users.
Finally, it is important to highlight that information regarding COVID-19 is changing by the hour and we will continue to monitor the communications from the United States Government, the State of Massachusetts and the CDC very carefully.
Please continue to contact us at our regular number at 508-543-6979 or through our ticketing system and through our various social media portals.
As always, thank you for the trust that you put in TSI during this critical period for all of us. Should you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
