Ken is a member of the Managed Support team, and is our local expert on deploying management tools to support our clients. Ken proactively works to ensure the functionality and security of our Managed Services Software for clients and our own infrastructure.
He has a strong security background and has become the key reference when it comes to Windows/Mac/3rd Party Patching and software migrations. He specializes in current and emerging Malware/Ransomware threats, in addition to maintaining our client managed AntiVirus & AntiMalware platforms.
Ken came to TSI with vast experience in leading Internet Security/AntiVirus organizations, as well as serving in the U.S. Army where he was deployed worldwide, from Bosnia to Iraq. In his free time, Ken loves to read, enjoys Board Games and travelling.
