Shaun is a member of the Managed Support team and always willing to lend a hand to the Field Support team as well; he is also our very own “Hybrid” support Engineer.
Shaun is the type of technologist that seems to be able to do it all, no matter what is asked of him. A few of his core competencies include Powershell, SQL, MySQL, Bash Shell Scripting, macOS Management, as well as crafting custom automated reporting so TSI can deliver unparalleled detailed analytics for our clients.
His extensive background focuses on process improvement for organizations, regardless of their size or industry sector. Shaun's qualifications go beyond the Bachelors Degree in Computer Science he obtained from Bridgewater State University. He is of the mindset that “when solutions don't exist, we build them."
Free of development projects Shaun spends his spare time Writing, Traveling and Snowboarding.
