Philip is a key component to the swift response and success of our help desk team. He is a highly driven and successful IT professional with a history of exceeding expectations. In his role, he is responsible for providing high-level team support, as well as structuring service tiers to ensure our clients experience nominal downtime and loss in productivity.

He joins TSI with over 11 years of leadership experience in the IT sector for a Global Financial Institution; with VMware virtualization and Microsoft platforms among the long list of his specialized skills. His main passion lies in automation and identifying ways to improve user efficiencies.

In addition to Philip’s extensive background, he possesses a Bachelor’s in Computer Systems & Distributed Networks from Edinburgh Napier University.
